SHAWN FRAZIER LAW

CHALLENGE: Personal injury attorney, Shawn Frazier, left a larger firm to start her own practice, Shawn Frazier Law. At the time of DeepDive’s engagement with Shawn, she had a logo, a website that she had built herself, her Linked IN profile and her personal Facebook page. As a solo practitioner, she knew her marketing budget would be limited and she needed a marketing strategy that would work within her budget and still be effective.

STRATEGY Implemented: We decided her best strategy would be to develop a professional, cohesive identity for Shawn Frazier law across multiple platforms for the benefit of word-of-mouth referrals from her personal and professional networks as well as her former clients. These platforms included a new website, creating a business Facebook page, a new Instagram profile and her Linked IN profile. We developed a new look and feel with colors, themes, tag lines, and developed a body of headshots and video content of FAQs with Shawn and client testimonials to be used on her website and on social media. We also added functionality to her new website to streamline some of the administrative tasks such as client intake and screening forms.

RESULT: At the end of our engagement, Shawn was comfortable knowing that when potential new clients found her online by way of a referral, she was presenting a full and accurate description of her services and the experience her clients could expect to have working with her. She had a professional website highlighting her expertise, functions as a business tool for onboarding new clients, and automatically publishes her testimonials. She had a comprehensive marketing toolkit with her logo in various formats to use going forward in any advertisements, marketing materials and promotional items. She had social media templates to use going forward to showcase client testimonials and her activity in the community, and a body of photographs and video content to publish on her website and social media over time, such as a profile video, FAQ videos for client education, and client testimonial videos.
